Skating forms and portfolios

Portfolios will be going home this Friday, Jan 24. Our first skating date is Thursday Jan 23. The bus will be leaving the school at 9:30 am, any parents who are volunteering are asked to meet us at the arena around 9:40. Please note that if parents plan to join on the ice, they are required to wear a helmet as well. We are fortunate to have the skating dates are part of our physical education program! If any students do not have skates or a helmet, and cannot participate for this reason, please let me know. I will be sending home page 2 of the permission form with some students. The bottom section of the form needs to be signed, regardless of whether the top part needed to be completed. I apologize for the confusion, this is a new permission form from the school board, and it is a bit confusing.The bottom section permits that medical treatment can be given, if needed.
