I hope everyone had a wonderful and relaxing long weekend! EQAO is almost here! Our class will be writing in the afternoon on May 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, June 2nd and 3rd. Please avoid booking appointments on these afternoons if possible, this is greatly appreciated. If there are any questions about anything, please use your child's agenda or contact me at the school. Good Afternoon,
As EQAO is fast
approaching (May 26th – June 6th) I have sent home
a math review for students to keep in their homework duo-tangs. This booklet
contains the different concepts we cover in grade three and should be helpful
toward the homework. There are some concepts that are still being covered and
many that will be reviewed in the coming weeks. There is a note on the second page of the
booklet with more information. On Friday May 9th there will be an open house
and blessing to end off Education week. The schedule is as follows:
9:20 - Parents and guests will come into the school with the students9:30 - Welcome and announcements
9:40 – Blessing of the new addition and renovations. Guests will then tour the school to check out
each classroom
10:35 – Recess ( Refreshments will be offered in the gym for
our guests)
10:50 – Volunteer Appreciation Assembly in the gym
