67's Game

We will be leaving around 9:40 am Wednesday morning and returning around 1:30 pm. Parent volunteers who are taking the bus with us are asked to meet us at the office. Students can bring their lunch bag with them to the game, but not a school bag. The concession stands will also be open and they are permitted to purchase food or drinks. It should be a fun morning!

Student Presentation

Students came home with a small reading to practise today. They have been researching Catholic faith symbols this month as part of our religion focus which started with Mass earlier in October. To end the month our class and Ms.Radzikowska's class will be giving a short presentation to the school about what the Grade 3 students have learned regarding faith symbols. The presentation will be Monday afternoon at 1:50 pm and should last around 15 minutes if any parents are interested in attending. The highlighted portion of the reading is what your child is asked to practise for Monday, we have practised at school and they are doing a great job. Some students were not completely comfortable with the idea of reading in front of the school which is totally understandable. They have been given one or two short sentences to practise and IF they feel up to it on Monday, they can read their part. If they don't feel comfortable on Monday, they have a partner, or another student, who is ready to read. I don't want anyone to spend the weekend worried about it! The Grade 3's have worked very hard researching their symbol and we are looking forward to a great presentation showcasing their hard work!
